Built-Up Roof Coatings

Our Built-Up Roof Coating Process:

1. Any loose rock or gravel is removed from the roof surface.

2. Spray foam is applied to the entire roof surface and, as needed, built up to provide slope.

3. Drains, pipes, vents, HVAC units, and all other types of roof penetrations are flashed and waterproofed.

4. A base coat is applied.

5. Two or three coats of acrylic finish are applied.
