Metal Roof Coatings

Our Metal Roof Coating Process:

​

1. The roof is pressure washed and cleaned.

2. Drains, pipes, vents, HVAC units, and all other types of roof penetrations are flashed and waterproofed.

3. Seams are reinforced, and fasteners are checked for tightness and individually coated with the base coat.

4. Rusted areas are prepared and coated with a rust-inhibiting primer.

5. Two coats of acrylic finish are applied.
