Single-Ply Roof Coatings

Our Single-Ply Roof Coating Process:

​

1. The roof is pressure washed, cleaned, and prepared with a surface conditioner.

2. Drains, pipes, vents, HVAC units, and all other types of roof penetrations are flashed and waterproofed.

3. Seams are reinforced using butyl-backed tape or mesh fabric.

4. Two or three coats of acrylic finish are applied.
